Grainview Partners operates a private assistant service that Jeff Fleischer and a small number of individuals he personally invites can reach by phone call and by text message. There is no public sign-up. This policy explains what the service collects and how it is handled.
Only Jeff Fleischer and individuals he has invited and who have given him permission to exchange messages. The service is not offered to the public and sends no marketing.
Solely to operate the assistant and reply to you: to understand your message, look up the information you asked for, and keep enough conversation history that you do not have to repeat yourself. It is not used to build advertising profiles and it is not used to contact you for promotional purposes.
No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.Delivering the service requires a small number of vendors acting on our behalf under their own confidentiality obligations, specifically our telecommunications provider (which carries the calls and texts), our cloud hosting provider, and the AI provider that generates the assistant's replies. They may process message content only to deliver the service, and may not use it for their own marketing.
Conversation history is kept only as long as needed to run the service and is then deleted automatically. Interview session content is retained for the duration of the project it belongs to. You may ask Jeff Fleischer to delete your data at any time and it will be removed.
Access is restricted to a short list of approved phone numbers, and reading email through the assistant additionally requires a spoken or texted authorization word. Messages travel over encrypted connections.
The service is not directed to anyone under 18 and no one under 18 is invited to use it.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
